Stephenville man accused of stealing $200k in livestock from terminally ill rancher

Special rangers are looking for 210 cattle and 30 horses stolen from a dying rancher and sold by a man posing as a Good Samaritan. Asher Quinn Hoxie, 38, was arrested Tuesday after authorities say he stole over $200,000 worth of livestock from an Odessa rancher suffering from a life-threatening disease.
