Any deal that trucks Kentucky Black Angus cattle first to PM Beef’s Iowa feedlots to fatten up for weeks or months, then to its Minnesota slaughter facility, before returning them as trimmed and quartered carcasses seems an outright denial of everything the Kentucky Proud program’s supposed to be.
