10th Minnesota Beef Expo returns to Warner Coliseum

Minnesota Beef Expo, the annual event that celebrates and promotes the beef industry, returns to the Warner Coliseum Thursday, Oct. 15 through Sunday, Oct. 18 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
New in 2009, the Minnesota Beef Experience Youth Knowledge Bowl debuts on Thursday. Teams of four will compete for a January trip to the National Cattleman’s Beef Association Youth Quiz Bowl Contest in San Antonio, Texas. Also new this year is the Beef Judges Clinic, where prospective judges learn more about evaluating and critiquing beef cattle.
